A year-round online membership for dance educators who want to grow, connect, and lead with purpose.

The TDLI Membership brings dance educators and adjudicators together online for ongoing learning, meaningful conversation, practical tools, and professional connection throughout the dance season.

Membership officially opens May 19.

Early members will be invited into June launch activities, with the official membership year beginning August 1, 2026.

Dance education is meaningful work — but it can also feel isolating, demanding, and constantly evolving.

The TDLI Membership was created to offer year-round support for dance educators and adjudicators who care about growing in their work, strengthening their leadership, and helping raise the standard of dance education.

This is a space for thoughtful conversation, practical tools, professional development, and connection with others who understand the unique rhythm of the dance season.

Not another one-time workshop. A place to keep learning, reflecting, and growing throughout the year.

The TDLI Membership is designed around the real rhythm of the dance season.

Members can expect a minimum of 12 live sessions per membership year, with more active programming from August through February, lighter-touch support during the busy performance season from March through June, and a Rest + Rewind Month in July.

All membership sessions are offered online, making it easy for members to participate from wherever they are.

Session topics will be shaped by member input so the membership remains responsive, relevant, and connected to the real questions, challenges, and opportunities dance educators and adjudicators are navigating throughout the year.

ONLINE SESSIONS

ASK ME ANYTHING

Open Q&A-style sessions where members can bring real questions about teaching, leadership, communication, adjudicating, competitions, studio culture, professional growth, or current industry challenges.

Hot Topic Roundtables

Guided conversations around timely, relevant issues in dance education and the wider dance industry. These sessions are designed to create thoughtful discussion, shared perspective, and practical takeaways.

Member Input Sessions

Opportunities for members to share what they need most, suggest topics, identify common challenges, and help shape future TDLI Membership programming.

Skill Shares

Practical sessions focused on tools, strategies, systems, and approaches members can apply in their teaching, leadership, adjudicating, or studio work.

Industry Trend Sessions

A yearly process that invites member input, gathers broader industry data through an annual online survey, and shares key findings back with the community in a live online session. Members help shape the questions, identify what matters most to track, and explore what emerging trends may mean for the field.

Because member input will help shape the year, exact topics will be confirmed as the membership develops.
